Carnets is the customised modular programme designed to improve the skills of mid- and senior level managers in the Management of Teams and Managing Change in banking and financial services firms.
Delivered as either bite-size workshops (1, 2 or 3 hours) or full day face to face training days, you can choose to have the programme delivered as part of your longer-term internal training or as shorter training or coaching events conducted over a longer time (3 – 6months) as group sessions or as one to one individual training support. If you prefer blended learning approaches, you can choose to have initial group training in face to face situations followed by group or individual training done in virtual training rooms using webinars or online learning packages.
